Refund & Return Policy

At Trollee Online, we take great care in packing and inspecting every item before it leaves our store. Our goal is to ensure you receive your products in perfect condition. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.


1. Carefully Packed, Damage-Free Products

All our products are carefully checked and securely packed before dispatch. We only send non-damaged, quality-checked items through our trusted delivery partners.


2. Check Before You Pay (COD Orders)

We follow a Check-Then-Pay policy for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • When your order arrives, you have the right to open the package in front of the delivery agent.
  • If the product is damaged or broken, you may refuse to accept it and do not need to pay.
  • The product will be returned to us through the delivery partner, and you won’t be charged anything.

3. No Refund After Payment

Once you have checked the product and made the payment, no refund or exchange will be applicable unless there is a manufacturing defect that was missed during inspection.

In rare cases, if you discover a hidden defect after payment, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing proof (video/pictures). Our support team will review the issue and guide you accordingly.


4. Items Not Eligible for Refund

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You accepted the product after inspection and later changed your mind
  • The item was damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling
  • Return requests made after 24 hours of delivery
